Hi, I'm Capella — and if that question just landed somewhere tender, take a breath. You're in exactly the right place. I made this free 15-minute session for thoughtful, accomplished leaders who look the part on paper but are quietly asking a much harder question underneath.

You've climbed. You've led. You've given a lot to get here — the early mornings, the hard calls, the years of showing up even when you didn't feel like it. By every outside measure, you've done it.
And yet somewhere between the title and the inbox and the next quarterly review, something got quiet inside. You're not sure when it happened. You just know it's there.
"You're not burned out. You're not weak. You're narratively misaligned — and deep down, you already know it."
You probably recognize this feeling, even if you've never said it out loud:
Most of us try to solve this from the outside in. I did too. But these almost never get to the root:
Here's what I've learned over 20+ years of doing this work: the real issue is the internal story you're running — one that was written years ago for a version of you who no longer exists.
Three decades of research backs this up. The narrative you hold about your leadership shapes your decisions, your energy, your relationships, your results. At a certain level of success, that old story stops serving you and starts limiting you. The good news? You get to rewrite it.
Before you commit 15 minutes to the free session, take two minutes here. This is me walking you through the heart of the approach — and the kind of leader this tends to land for.
This isn't a webinar with slides and a pitch at the end. It's a focused, research-backed session built at the intersection of cinematic storytelling and positive psychology science. In just 15 minutes together, you'll gain:
Name the exact internal script that's steering your choices — and whether it's still moving you toward the person you want to become.
You don't need to quit, blow it all up, or start from zero. You need to evolve the story. I'll walk you through how high performers rewrite their next chapter while keeping their momentum.
When your internal narrative is off, your presence follows. The people around you notice before you do. You'll understand exactly how to close that gap gently.
Leaders who are narratively aligned sound different. You'll leave able to articulate your vision — for your team, your board, your next opportunity — with real authority and real humanity.
You'll leave with the beginning of a working draft of your next chapter. Not a vague vision board — a grounded direction built from who you actually are right now.
Become the deliberate author of your own story — not someone still running a script written in your 30s for a life you've already outgrown.

I didn't arrive at this work through theory. I arrived through 20+ years of studying — in classrooms and on film sets — how people navigate identity, transition, and change.
I hold dual master's degrees in Applied Positive Psychology and Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, and I'm an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC). The methods I use have been tested across more than 72,000 participants in 41 countries — but what I care about is how they land for the one leader sitting across from me.
For two decades I was also a film producer, with work at Sundance, Tribeca, Netflix, and PBS. That's what makes this framework unlike anything else out there: equal parts rigorous science, and cinematic, human storytelling.
Today I work with thoughtful leaders across higher education, healthcare, philanthropy, and Fortune 500 companies. I'd love to meet you too.
